Where we ship
Standard shipping is free for Annual Chapter orders to destinations accepted at checkout. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.
Launch shipping is limited to addresses accepted at checkout, currently intended for the United States. Available destinations may change as production and fulfillment options expand.
When an order is ready for production
A personalized order is ready for production after payment, required photos and answers, an accurate shipping address, and final proof approval have been received. Missing content, unanswered questions, requested revisions, or delayed approval pause the production timeline.
Production and shipping timing
Your order tracker and confirmation messages will show the current estimate when available. Unless a different shipping date is clearly disclosed and accepted, we expect to ship a properly completed order within 30 days.
If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised or applicable period, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will appear on the private order-status page and may be sent by email. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier and may change after shipment.
Address changes and returned packages
Review the shipping address before payment. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. Once the order enters production or is transferred to a carrier, an address change may not be possible.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, reshipping charges may apply. We will disclose the charge before reshipping.
Damage, loss, and delivery issues
For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or apparently lost order, contact us through the Contact page. Include the order number and photographs of the item and packaging when available. We will review the issue and coordinate a replacement, reprint, carrier claim, or refund as appropriate under the Refunds & Revisions Policy.
