Our proof promise
Love your proof—or get a full refund before approving it for printing. This promise applies to The Annual Chapter, including orders where design work has already begun.
Cancel before print approval
You may cancel your Annual Chapter order for a full refund any time before you approve the final proof for printing. No design-work or provider-cost deductions apply. Contact us with your order number to request your refund.
Proofs and revisions
Review your proof and request reasonable changes before approval. If you prefer not to continue, you can request a full refund before approving the proof for printing.
After final approval
Approving your final proof authorizes printing and ends the pre-approval refund promise. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered after approval. Our damaged, defective, or incorrect-order policy still applies.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days after delivery if the book arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved proof because of our error. Include the order number and clear photographs. After review, we will provide an appropriate reprint, replacement, correction, or refund at no additional product cost.
Small variations in printed color, texture, placement, or appearance that result from screen differences and normal print production are not necessarily defects.
Customer-provided content and photo quality
We may flag images that appear too small, blurry, dark, or heavily compressed. If a customer chooses to approve a proof using a flagged image, limitations caused by the source file are not treated as manufacturing defects.
Shipping delays and unshipped orders
If an order cannot ship within the promised or applicable period, we will provide the delay options described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy, including the option to cancel an unshipped order and receive a refund when required.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Banks and payment providers control how quickly a credit appears after we submit it.
