What exactly does Eighteen Chapters sell?
The Annual Chapter: a professionally designed hardcover of your child’s year, made from your photos and memories. Little Chapters, our personalized activity book, is coming soon.
Do I buy all 18 Annual Chapter books at once?
No. You buy one book for the age they are today. You can return each year and create the next chapter.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each book is a separate one-time purchase unless a future subscription option is clearly offered and accepted.
How personalized is the book?
The book can incorporate the child’s name, age, real photos, favorite things, interests, milestones, stories, family details, and customer-selected themes.
Will you change my child’s face?
The Annual Chapter uses the real photos you submit. We do not replace or transform a child’s face in those memory photographs. Little Chapters may include an optional original illustrated character inspired by the submitted photo when that is part of the selected concept, and you review the proof before printing.
Can you make a page about a brand or character my child loves?
Tell us what they love, and we can often create an original theme inspired by the general interest—for example, an original toy-race-car page. We may avoid third-party logos, characters, or protected artwork unless their use is authorized.
How do I send photos and answers?
Buy your book first. Then use your private intake link to upload 20–40 photos and answer guided questions. You can save and return later.
Can I start if my child is already three, eight, or sixteen?
Yes. Start with the age they are today. There is no requirement to begin with Chapter One.
Do I see the book before it prints?
Yes. You receive a private proof-review link. You can leave page notes, request revisions, and give final approval before printing.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on how quickly payment, photos, answers, revisions, and proof approval are completed. Your private tracker shows the current estimate. The Shipping Policy explains how delays are handled.
Can I order it as a gift?
An authorized adult can order for a child. Contact us before ordering if you need help coordinating photos and memories with their parent.
What if I need to change something?
Request changes before final proof approval. After printing begins, changes may no longer be possible.

The launch checkout is intended for U.S. addresses accepted by the payment page. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
Who should submit a child’s photos?
A parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult. The website and ordering tools are intended for adults, not for children to use on their own.
How are photos and child information used?
They are used to create and support the personalized order. Uploaded child photos and Memory Studio content are not used for advertising or a public portfolio without separate affirmative permission.
Do I buy before answering the questions?
Yes. Buy your book first, then use your private link to add photos and memories. Save and return anytime. The free preview is optional.
What if I don’t love my proof?
Request changes, or ask for a full refund before approving your proof for printing. No design-work deduction. See our refund policy.
